Heidi Coppock -Beard has been shooting for 15 years, working in the UK , Australia and NZ.  She has spent the last 5 years living on Waiheke Island off New Zealand’s North Island. An AOP member Heidi has produced many commissions, clients include Nigella Lawson , HSBC , New Zealand Tourist Board and  many leading supermarkets . Last year she contributed to the latest MILK campaign, a contributor of Getty Images and was represented in Auckland by “International Rescue”.  In March of this year she had an exhibition  entitled  “A Pacific Light “ Most of which can be seen here under 'A Pacific Light "gallery.

The Technique for the work started in the back streets of Leeds UK and was crystallised on Waiheke.  Most of the Images were captured between very short time frames of light varying throughout the year. The simple subjects are transformed by the subtle light and tangible colour in that magical time frame where everything becomes almost hyper real.

Heidi juggles two small children with shooting whenever she can and believes, there is something very wonderful about focusing in on a small area, which makes you see beauty in all kinds of ways. Although fully digital she needs little excuse to bring out the old Hasselblad. She loves family times, bush and mountain walking.
